Thursday Musings

Do you ever find yourself playing the “why” game? I do. I’ll be doing fine and then I’ll start hurting somewhere or more than usual and wonder why I am. What did I do that may have caused it? Has the weather changed significantly? Did I overdo something?

Last week, I wrote that my left hand was hurting more than usual - the fingers really. Also my right knee has been protesting more than usual, along with some other problems.

A few aches and pains I wrote off to the Wii game system. I’ve been playing the tennis game every day for about 15 minutes, so if my right shoulder hurts, I know exactly what to blame, but that doesn’t account for some of the other complaints.

The funny thing is that I have the starting of a headache, I have no problems at all taking medications to try warding it off, but I seem to be reluctant to take pain meds for these joint aches and pains, and for my back. Go figure.
