Fibromyalgia pain may be relieved in swimming pools

If you have fibromyalgia, have you tried exercising in water or going for regular swims? New research (published in Arthritis Research & Therapy) is showing that this may be beneficial for people who have fibromyalgia.

Researchers found that patients who participated in a long-term exercise program experienced a reduction in symptoms and an improvement in health-related quality of life.
