Help My Hurt awarded an “E”

Now, this presents me with a bit of a problem, because I have to award this to 10 blogs I think deserve it, but Liz already mentioned a couple of them - so if I mention them, does that mean they have to award this 20 times? And if I give Healthbolt an award back, does she have to list 10 more….?
