Ergonomics: a brief video of author Deborah Quilter

Deborah Quilter, the author of the Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book, was the subject of this short Healthology video called Repetitive Strain Injury - Causes & Symptoms. Sometimes, it’s nice to see someone describing something, rather than just reading about it.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Quilter yesterday and she is a wonderful resource for ergonomics and RSI injury prevention. I’ll be posting the highlights of our conversation. In the meantime, you may want to check out her site at RSIhelp.com.
