Today is Fibromyalgia Awareness Day
Fibromyalgia is a misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and miserable disease to have. It saps the energy out of you and causes pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, there still exists a feeling of it’s not a real disease because there are no definitive tests for it and it’s diagnosed by excluding all other possibilities.
To raise awareness, the National Fibromyalgia Association has designated today as Fibromyalgia Awareness Day.
