Help My Hurt is hosting the first ever Living With Pain Blog Carnival. Welcome!

The purpose of the carnival is to gather as many posts as we can that all relate to living with pain. This will be a monthly event and while I’ll host it here first, if other blogs would like to host it, I would love to pass on the baton.

So, a good turn out for our first ever Living With Pain blog carnival:

  1. Aparna presents Do you grit and grind your teeth? posted at Beauty and Personal Grooming.
  2. Next, we have Alcoholic Pancreatitis - Living with Pancreatitis posted at Alcoholic Pancreatitis.
  3. Jerry Gabra over at LifeJelly.org presents the Ultimate Stress Relief Guide.
  4. Then, head on over where Diana Lee presents Exploring Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at Somebody Heal Me: The Musings of a Chronic Migraineur by Diana Lee.
  5. Lavender Farms- Young Living presents Health is the New Status Symbol for Americans posted at For the Love of Lavender.
  6. Some people do well with affirmations and/or prayer. SJ Yee presents 101 Affirmations You Can Start Using Today! posted at Personal Development for the Book Smart.
  7. Children (and their parents!) have to live with pain, unfortunately. Here are two posts from Kids Health Notes: Skin contact with mom soothes preemies’ pain and Sports injuries from playing Nintendo Wii - orthopedic expert weighs in.
  8. Rudy’s blog, Coping with Disability, offers this post for the blog carnival: dealing with my second disability.
  9. And we have a late entry - but more than welcome one, from Anna Farmery Widows Quest who presents A Walk A Day Keeps the Depression at Bay.
