Energy saving isn’t just for power, it’s for health too
When someone is living with chronic pain, it’s easy to become fatigued and reluctant to do things that don’t seem absolutely necessary. While that can be frustrating, by learning how to save your energy, you may actually end up having more energy for the things you really want to do.
While this information, Arthritis - energy saving tips, is really meant for arthritis, it’s actually quite good information for anyone who has any type of chronic pain or illness.

Those are great tips, I’m glad you posted that link.
As an arthritis sufferer, I’m all too familiar with pain, but didn’t think much about ‘energy saving tips’. The only energy saving tip I previously used was if I was too tired or sore to do it, it just didn’t get done.
I highly recommend the ‘reorganzing storage’ tip. I stored foods in my cupboard based on food type (eg: spices in one area, noodles/rice in another, etc) but just recently found myself reorganizing my food cupboards and putting the much-used items at the bottom, and lesser-used items on the higher shelves, regardless of the food type. My cupboards aren’t as organized as I’d like them (spices are now all over the place) but it’s so much easier grabbing the spices or foods that I need from a lower shelf, than worrying about “neat” my cupboards are.
