Don’t pop that blister!
Admittedly, blisters are annoying. I used to get them all the time on my feet until I learned how to find shoes that fit properly. Yet, I still get them once in a while.
People get blisters on their hands from working with various hand tools and you can even get blisters from burns. But, whatever you do, whatever you’ve heard: Don’t pop that blister! The outer part of the blister is protecting your inner, very raw skin, and is also protecting you from developing an infection.
Vital Juice Daily, a blog with a “Thirst for a Health Life” has a good post on blister care: Beat the Blister.
