Another Lyme disease story

I found another Lyme disease story and it is so frustrating to read how someone can lose a year of life because of misdiagnosis. It’s a matter of doctors not being aware of the possibility of Lyme disease and the fact that this may be what is causing their patients’ problems. There still needs to be so much work done in Lyme disease awareness.

The article, Lyme disease takes toll: Year lost without diagnosis, discusses the life of a teenager before diagnosis.
