For those of you who like to use or who want to try homeopathic remedies for those itches, aches and pains that come along with summer time fun, here is a press release that outlines what types of products may be able to help you:

NORTH BERGEN, N.J. — Summer vacations are in full swing and travelers are packing up the first aid kit in their suitcase. “Homeopathic products are great for everyone; parents giving them to their children, mature adults, and weekend warriors looking for natural solutions.” said Plumley. “The FDA regulates these products and requires that Homeopathic drugs meet specific standards for strength, quality and purity.”

Great post! Im so glad people are finding alternatives for first aid, i’ve been self perscribing for years with greatt results. However I’ve learned having lots of individual bottles are not good if you want to take the pills on the plane with your hand luggage (which would be advised as the x-rays can damage homeopathic medicines) They are heavy and a burdan. They can also be really expensive. Recently I bought a homeopathic first aid kit from helios for just this reason: http://homeopathyworld.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=H&Affiliate=cuteandconfused I really would recommend it, it includes most of the medicines talked about in this article as well as many others. They all come in a little light box that is easy to carry around and it comes with a book to help you prescribe.
